What is TullyGully, where is it available, & how does it work?

TullyGully (A Product by 21 Media LLP) is the technology company powering the fastest, most convenient way for consumers of legal drinking age to order beer, wine, and liquor. TullyGully is currently available only in Mumbai. For exact delivery areas, please select your current location & the nearest Wine Merchant will be available on your screen.  Tullygully partners with local retailers to bring their inventory to your fingertips. Users simply download the TullyGully app to a smartphone or log on to Tullygully.in, and with a few taps of the finger; your favorite beer, wine or liquor is en route to your doorstep. TullyGully accepts & sends your order directly to the Merchant using an offline Platform.

What makes TullyGully different?

Is alcohol more expensive or marked up on TullyGully?

No, TullyGully does not mark up the price on any product. There are times that a partner retailer will be running in-store changes that may not be reflected on TullyGully. Retailer partners are solely responsible for the price of their inventory on TullyGully. If there is a change in price you may receive a notification call from our Merchants or from TullyGully. According to the State Excise Rules Rs 5/- will be charged as a permit on each order.

Responsible Drinking: TullyGully is making provision to promote & encourage customers to apply for Rs 1000/- Lifetime Permit by diverting them government recognised websites. Once applied, customers can share a copy of the permit on info@tullygully.in, the same shall be updated on their profile to avoid Rs 5/- permit charge on their next order.

What are TullyGully operating hours?

TullyGully hours are based on those of our retail partners, as they are the ones who complete the sales and make the deliveries.

TullyGully customer experience team has the following hours: 1. Monday - Sunday 10:00 AM-7:00 PM IST

How much are the fees?

TullyGully doesn’t charges anything, All products are sold on MRP by the Merchant. Payments are made directly to the Merchant using different payment options. Damaged Products Customers are requested to check their product’s upon delivery for any damages or leak’s, Once product accepted, TullyGully nor the Store is responsible for taking complaints, as there is no exchange policy. How do I create an account?

Download APP

  • Once you download and click on the app, at the bottom you will see a link that says “Log In/Create Account”.
  • It will send you to a new screen - follow the tab on the right that says “Create New Account”
  • It will prompt you to add your first and last name, your mobile number, your birth date, the email address you will be using for your account.
  • Once account is created go back & enter your mobile number & Request for OTP. For iPhone

I’ve created an account, now what?
  • To add an address, we recommend adding it once you have selected products to your Cart. To do this, select your nearest shop, select your products, add to cart.
  • From here, click on “Select Delivery Address” and this will bring you to a new page
  • At the bottom, you will see a category that says “New Address” where you will click “+Add New”
  • You will be able to add an address here that you will be able to select from your address book each time you place an order. You can also delete any outdated addresses if necessary.
I’ve placed my order - how do I track it/what is my ETA?

Once you have placed your order, you will be sent to a confirmation page that will include your order number as well “View Order” link. Your delivery time is Maximum 2 hours by default. If it’s taking too long, we communicate with our merchants on your behalf. If the order has not been accepted by the store in an acceptable amount of time you may receive a notification or confirmation call. At times due to shortfall few products aren’t available. You may receive a confirmation call to modify order or if there is a change in MRP.

Gifting
Can I send someone a gift through TullyGully?

You can send friends and family members their favorite beer, wine or liquor by clicking the “gift” option at the home page or selecting the gift checkbox in the cart during checkout on our apps. Please be sure to be shopping from the address you would like the gift sent to as inventory is retailer dependent.

Can I add a gift note?

You sure can! After selecting your order as a gift at checkout you will be able to create a gift message during the checkout that the recipient will receive as a print out. All retail partners are expected to deliver a gift note with each order, and if you include your gift recipient's email address, we will send along the gift message as an E-Card.

How can I make sure the receipt and prices are not included?

If an order is placed as a gift in our system, the retail partner is informed not to include any receipts or documents displaying the prices (including any labels). You may also leave an order comment for the store with any specific instructions.

What if you don’t have what I’m looking for?

Let us know if you don't see a particular product you are looking for by using the Contact Us link in the Help Center. We are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience and work closely with our retailers to provide a selection our customers desire most. You can also email us on info@tullygully.in In some cases, we may be able to reach out to the store to see if they can order the item from their local distributor. We can also get in touch with you to see if the store may also have some knowledge on a product that is similar is taste and price and may be able to offer a comparable substitution.

How does TullyGully know what's available at each retail store?

While we work with each of our retail partners to keep a live, up-to-date inventory, unfortunately there are times where the store may sell out of a product, not have the exact quantity available, or have an issue with their inventory integration. It is rare, but there are times where someone may have grabbed the last bottle before you were able to click the "place order" button. Our retail partners will do their very best to make the situation right by either offering you a suitable replacement on call. Please note if all of the items are out of stock or removing these items does not meet the store minimum required for delivery, or if this is the only item you ordered, this will result in an order cancellation.

Can I narrow my search results?

You are able to filter by:

  • Store
  • Item category (beer, wine, liquor, extras)
  • Availability
  • Price range
  • You can sort products by relevance, price (high to low, low to high), and item name (A-Z, Z-A)
Can I use TullyGully to send corporate gifts?

Absolutely. Wouldn’t you prefer a nice bottle of wine or whiskey over a paperweight? Email us your requirements at info@tullygully.in , Subject (Corporate Gifts). Do you deliver to office buildings? Yes! We will deliver to your office building, but depending on the building’s regulations, you may need to visit the lobby to receive your order.

How can I get my liquor store to join Drizly?
